hall life is weird. and makes me sleep late and wake up early. EARLY. i woke up at like 7.30. or 8. this morning. and i had breakfast. which is weird.


shouldn't have brought the damn dvds to hall. now i'm doing nothing but watching them. IT'S ENGROSSING. i keep wanting to go back to supernatural season 1, but i JUST have to know what happened next in the wire.


the wire. seriously awesome show that shows you how the fuck do actual politics work. hopefully only in america. because the politics in the show are seriously fucked up. people do things for money, promotions, and FAVORS. and not even favors that are good morally (unless it benefits them in a political or economical way). there's this one guy though. he's always like FUCK THE BOSSES and shit like that, but he's kinda an asshole as well so you don't know how you're supposed to feel about him. anyway, because of his screwing the bosses in whatever ways he can (mainly so that he can work good cases, but also to show off his intelligence or fuck) he's kinda or going to be demoted like fuck. from a detective all the way to some low end cop shit.

and the baddies in the show are fucking good. you don't HATE them, and you kinda understand why some of them do what they do. or not. i don't know.

i guess the main thing the show wants to tell us is that everything's just fucked. unless everyone out there stops doing things for their own benefit the damn world is going to continue the way it is. or just down.
