i wish people i know would watch the show i watch just so that i could discuss it with them.

fine, people i know in america and britain have watched the show, but much earlier than me so i don't exactly want to rehash an old topic with them.



but seriously, nate fick talking about how captain america would have been kicked out if he acted the way he did in the show. and we all remember what happened in episode 7, when he was suspended, but reinstated within 20 minutes. did fick forget about that part, as well as about captain america having a full bird uncle some where up in the military (it's prolly how he got into captain and being a platoon commander anyway)?

seriously, i spend my time absorbing everything from the show, and it hits me only like 3 hours later that OMFG the show is not a show but it's real. all this shit really happened.

the marines do come up with really good words for situation. (considering that you supposedly have to be like fit and smart and basically superman to be a marine. although clearly certain people slipped through some cracks.)
