i scared myself today.

we came home from batam pretty late today, so the sky was dark while we were in the ferry. i never really took the ferry in the dark before, and i'm kind of an idiot at night. i can never recognize the place in the dark, unless i've been there at night or something.

so. we were approaching some island, and i thought it was singapore, due to the amount of lights and stuff. but i couldn't see any landmarks. so i got really freaked out.

i started thinking thoughts like, "omg we took the wrong ferry", "omg someone hijacked the ferry and is going to a totally weird place now", "omg the ferry driver got lost", and my favourite "omg something weird has happened and we're not on earth now".

i still kind of wish it was the last option. and my brain is seriously weird.
